Department of Defense, Arlington, VA

Portico conducted a competition for suitable space within the Washington DC area using professional real estate brokers. The resulting competition and negotiations produced a ten year lease with one of Washington D.C.’s largest property owner with lower government costs per square foot and substantial tenant improvement dollars. The space acquired was over 250,000 square feet and included built out/renovation effort. The entire process was completed in six months.

Missile Defense Agency, Department of Defense, Arlington, VA

Portico supported MDA in their effort for relocation, designed, leased and built out approximately 112,000 square feet of office space. Portico is responsible for food services, SCIF construction, IT provisioning and continued Facility Management of the premises for the duration of the contract.
